Where do I begin?
Open the Fast tab to see the timer, and use Setup to choose your fasting settings. Completed fasts appear in History.
Is Lite the same app as AllyFast?
AllyFastLite is the separate free edition. Its full-version promotion opens the paid AllyFast listing; downloading the full app is a separate App Store action.
How do I keep my records safe?
Keep a device backup. Before deleting or reinstalling an app, use any export options available in your installed edition to save a copy of your history.
